API Reference UI upgrade

We have made several UI enhancements for the API Reference page so our APIs are more user-friendly.

The UI improvements include the following:

• Labels. We’ve added labels for each API method so you will better understand which user type can manipulate the method:

• Filter. On the top of the page, we’ve created the Client Type filter that allows viewing methods available to subscribers, providers, and all users:
