Approaches to Creating a WO
The ServiceChannel UI provides two ways of submitting a work order (WO): through the Service Request Dashboard and Classic Service Request.
Service Request Dashboard
The first approach features a wizard that helps callers choose only the right combination of WO parameters.
Classic Service Request
The second approach is to submit a work order via the Classic Service Request where callers set all WO parameters manually.
